this wave of the microblogger is so weird but interesting. you can’t just be a celebrity anymore, like a lot of well off models are doing youtube now as well. even kylie jenner has a youtube because people want to….sort of…i guess, have a dialogue with her? it’s clearly not that two-sided but they want to know her speaking mannerisms and see how she is when she’s at home and being herself. there’s always been a desire to know more about celebrities, but pap pics and interviews aren’t really cutting it anymore

to offer up every aspect of your being and privacy in such a manner to demonic people who want to do nothing but consume you and your personhood just for capital is legitimately one of the most unsettling things to me not to sound like a black mirror guest writer all this really will not end well for our society!!
